About Web School Portal


How It Works:

If you are a small private educational institution, and you want to offer a full suite of administrative tools to your staff, parents and students, you can put our Ecommerce enabled site to work for you:
1. Contact us at New Concepts Software, Inc, and discuss your school's needs. We can tailor a "start-up" database to most closely reflect your school, to jump start you on your way. Generally it will take a few business days before its ready for you to check.
2. While we are busy coding up your institution, call the fine folks at FIS (formerly known as Worldpay or Vantiv or Mercury Payments).
Set up an Ecommerce merchant account with them, so that your Web School Portal site can collect tuition payments, fees and donations directly for you. This too might take a few business days.

After that, you can start administering your school on line as soon as you approve the "start-up" data as entered.


How Much Does It Cost?

Our basic plan is:
A one time set-up entry fee of $99.00
A monthly fee of $1.00 per enrolled student.
Please note that you are able to enter in any number of prospective families and students. The monthly fee is only for the number of student ACTAULLY ENROLLED in classes for the month being billed.


How Do We Get Paid for Tuition or Fees or Donations taken on the Web?

Your Web School Portal site will use YOUR FIS (WorldPay, Vantiv, Mercury) Merchant account to DIRECTLY deposit On Line Credit Card Payments to your bank account!

Neither Web School Portal or New Concepts Software, Inc handles your money in ANY WAY. ALL Payments go DIRECTLY to you, the Educational Institution.


How Are We Billed, then?

We will send you a bill at the start of each month, for the previous month's activities.

For example, let's say you have 40 students enrolled for classes in May. On or around June 1st, we would send you a bill for $40.00, your 1 dollar fee per student enrolled.
